Client Background
The overseas client is engaged in mining and port freight transportation. They need to purchase a batch of heavy-duty tractor trucks for local heavy haul operations. After comparing multiple truck suppliers, the client values vehicle durability, workmanship and delivery time, and finally chooses to cooperate with us.
Project Requirements
The client bought multiple Howo tractor trucks. The vehicles need to adapt to bumpy roads and heavy load conditions. The client planned to visit our factory in person to verify vehicle configuration, chassis, engine and other core parts, and arrange sea shipment after confirming vehicle condition.
On-site Factory Inspection
The client team arrived at the factory and inspected every truck in the workshop. They opened the front cover to check engines, pipelines and chassis, carefully verified materials and assembly workmanship, and took photos to record details of each truck. They raised questions and communicated with our staff on site. All trucks are equipped with reinforced chassis customized for the client’s local working environment to meet heavy-duty transport in mines and ports.
Negotiation & Confirmation
We discussed vehicle specifications online for a long time. After comparing several suppliers, the client confirmed our trucks fit their project needs. We accompanied the client during the whole factory visit and answered questions about vehicle configuration and delivery schedule. After inspecting all trucks, the client was satisfied with the quality and confirmed the order.
Project Result
